Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny is set to appear in Adam Sandler's upcoming movie, Happy Gilmore 2, alongside Sandler, Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald, Dennis Dugan, Ben Stiller and Benny Safdie. The sequel to the 1996 film Happy Gilmore takes place 30 years after winning his first Tour Championship. "A lot. It was a very funny and crazy scene," Bad Bunny said with a smile. The "DtMF" singer wore a navy blue & gold plaid blazer over a white button-up shirt, a pair of black & white patterned shorts and ballet flats to the red carpet.

Though Bad Bunny has some acting credits, this is the first time the singer has appeared in a comedy film. Abdi also asked the rapper about his performance and experience working in comedy.

"I'm proud about what I did and I'm very grateful for the director, with Adam [Sandler] and the team, and that they let me be myself," Bad Bunny said. "It was a very great experience to make comedy for the first time..I'm happy and grateful!"

Happy Gilmore 2 will be out this Friday on Netflix.
