Sports reporter Charissa Thompson surprised fans this week by posting photos from a playful “Not Engagement” photoshoot with her boyfriend, Steven Cundari.

The photos quickly caught the attention of fans and friends alike, including fellow sports broadcaster Erin Andrews.

Thompson, who works as a host for NFL shows on both Fox Sports and Prime Video, shared on Instagram why she and Cundari decided to do the photoshoot.

“Steve was sick of me asking strangers to take a photo and hear me say things like ‘could you please lift the phone higher’ or ‘sorry can you take another one.’ So, he went along with my #NotEngagementPhotos idea. You’re welcome Steve, you look great!” Thompson explained in her caption.

“CONGRATS ON YOUR NON ENGAGEMENT!! I can’t wait for the party,” Andrews playfully commented.

The photos showed Thompson wearing a sleeveless white dress with a square neckline and big hoop earrings. Cundari, a marketing executive and entrepreneur, wore a white button-up shirt with rolled-up sleeves and light-colored trousers.

Both also sported sunglasses, creating a look fans described as straight out of a fashion magazine.

Other sports personalities and fans joined in the fun on Thompson’s Instagram post.

Sports reporter Taylor Rooks joked, “Tommy Hilfiger is calling!!!!!!!”

Moreover, fans left a mix of playful and loving messages.

Thompson and Cundari went public with their relationship in July 2022, after being set up by Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly Stafford. Andrews, who co-hosts the “Calm Down” podcast with Thompson, once said Cundari would be an ideal husband for her friend.

Recently, she and Andrews both secured new contracts with Fox Sports, ensuring they’ll continue working together covering the NFL.
