This trashed Toyota Camry listed for sale sure looks like it went through the Los Angeles riots recently. Obviously we can’t say that for sure and the ad doesn’t state that, but all the graffiti, broken glass, and other damage looks like what the mostly peaceful protestors were doing to a lot of cars last month.
Minivan driver who caused a huge highway crash has been tracked down and charged.
This is what happens on the other end of those riots where cars get trashed but aren’t burned to the ground, unlike the robotaxis which probably weren’t even a little salvageable.

According to the ad, the 2019 Toyota Camry is being sold for parts and it’s obvious why. Not only has it been tagged for justice, the windows bashed in, and the side mirror broken off, the leather interior is all sliced up .
It looks like some parts have already been removed, probably by the seller. That includes the taillights, rear bumper cover, and badges.
But the seller says there are many salvageable parts left. Most importantly, the engine with 70,000 miles on it is still functional. Same goes for the transmission. There’s not a whole lot of demand for either from a Camry since they’re both bulletproof, but we suppose someone somewhere needs them for salvage car or maybe a homebuilt go-kart.

We bet the exhaust system is just fine and same with the suspension.
The seller is also trying to get people to take the doors from the passenger side. We can see the wheels look good, as long as those haven’t been claimed, and the fenders appear to be undamaged, we think. A lot of the poor Toyota is sitting under a cover in the few images included in the ad, so you’d have to ask the guy what’s left and for photos of those components.
