Key Glock Enters New Era At ‘Glockaveli’ Los Angeles Tour Stop

Key Glock has officially arrived. While the Memphis-bred musician has released a sturdy collection of albums, mixtapes, and freestyles throughout his career, in his Glockaveliera, the rapper is ready for his superstar moment. The Glockavelitour arrived in Los Angeles last month, fresh off Key Glock’s 2025 BET Award nominations for Best Male Hip-Hop artist and Video of the Year for “3am In ToKEyo,” his first nominations as a solo act.
Arriving at Sunset Blvd., a line extended for the rap show as rideshare drivers dropped off ticketholders for a quick pass through venue security. Inside, the busy crowd flocked to the stage to await Key Glock’s performance. Parting through a sea of excited fans, VIBE secured seating in the VIP balcony right on time as dimmed lights and the DJ signaled showtime.
Taking center stage, the “Let’s Go” performer was joined by dancers who matched his vibrant energy. The mutual hype was shared by the audience who rapped every word, cheering for their favorite rapper as he continued working through the setlist. Highlights of the concert included two special guest appearances. One from DJ Paul, who produced the braggadocious “3am in ToKEYo.” The other surprise was AZ Chike, the rising Los Angeles rapper who’s expanded his reach since being featured on Kendrick Lamar’s GNX.
Glockavelistands as Key Glock’s first major-label album, released on Paper Route Empire and Republic Records, the latter, through a partnership he inked this March. Released in May, the album was updated with a bonusThe Don version with a total of 21 tracks, all without a feature, staying true to the 27-year-old’s formula.

I have strong faith and belief in myself, and I just like proving people wrong. I don’t mind being the underdog sometimes,” explained Key Glock of his process to Grammy.com. “I’m glad I’m like that because it motivates me to always try to do something better than the last thing I’ve done. I never get content or satisfied with whatever I just did. I’m trying to top that now.”
Next up, Key Glock takes the tour overseas for a set of European shows.
