Genshin Impact Leak Hints at Version 6.0 Story Characters

A recent leak from Genshin Impact is teasing the lineup of characters set to appear in the story for the game's upcoming Version 6.0 update, including the newest Fatui Harbinger. With just under a month left to go until the release of Nod-Krai, HoYoverse has been giving fans plenty of reasons to be excited about the launch of Genshin Impact's Version 6.0. The developer has teased several areas players will be able to visit throughout the southwestern reaches of Snezhnaya, as well as the involvement of factions like the Knights of Favonius. Now, Version 6.0's main cast is being teased.

Version 6.0 of Genshin Impact has already seen its new playable cast members revealed by HoYoverse, showcasing the additions with Nod-Krai's launch update. HoYoverse has shown off three new characters set to join Genshin Impact's roster, with Lauma, Aino, and Flins all confirmed to be making their debut with the patch. The developer has also shown off a plethora of other characters who will make their first in-game appearance in Nod-Krai, including Fatui Harbingers Columbina and Sandrone. A new leak is now hinting at the first characters to appear in Nod-Krai's story.

A recent update shared by Genshin Impact leaker Uncle NC is showing a short list of characters set to appear in Version 6.0's story. As expected, the list begins with the three playable characters joining the roster, with Lauma, Aino, and Flins accompanied by the previously-revealed Nefer and Jahoda. The post also confirms the first Fatui Harbinger that will be featured in the story as part of Nod-Krai's story, with Columbina said to make an appearance during the patch. Genshin Impact's Version 6.0 is currently scheduled to release on September 10.

Nod-Krai's launch update is set to be a blockbuster patch for Genshin Impact with lots of exciting content coming to the game. HoYoverse is set to make some major changes to Genshin Impact's Battle Pass during Version 6.0, adding new rewards like Dust of Enlightenment and Sanctifying Elixirs to the premium Battle Pass. Leaks have also suggested that HoYoverse may be welcoming its newest "Chronicled Wish" gacha banner during Version 6.0, putting the spotlight on characters from the Sumeru region.

Genshin Impact's new region will follow a jam-packed final update for the game's Natlan cycle, adding a new Elemental Reaction and the first permanent summer area. Version 5.8 introduced the Easybreeze Holiday Resort to coincide with the annual summer event, serving as the first time HoYoverse will make a summer event zone available after the patch's conclusion. The addition of Ineffa to the roster also welcomed the new Lunar-Charged Elemental Reaction, coming as an upgraded form of Electro-Charged. Genshin Impact fans should have lots to look forward to with Nod-Krai's long-awaited debut on the horizon.
