Now under new ownership, Willow Springs Raceway has revealed a new logo to mark this renewed era for the racetrack. It’s part of a complete rebranding to help communicate to the public that a glorious new chapter has begun for the historic motorsports facility.
Brittany Force becomes the fastest driver in NHRA history.
Obviously, the hope is to generate interest in enthusiasts so they visit Willow Springs, taking in races or even participating in on-track events. As we covered before, the new owners want to keep public access instead of making it an entirely private facility.
To help welcome the public, Willow Springs Raceway will be holding a special launch event October 11. Called Willow Springs Reimagined, it will include a cars-and-coffee-style car show, action on the track, rare vehicles on display from the Petersen Automotive Museum and Singer Vehicle Design, a F.A.T. International activation, event-exclusive merchandise, food trucks, and vendors.

It sounds like a fun time. More details are coming soon.
“We are honored to steward the next chapter of Willow Springs and are committed to preserving its rich legacy while making meaningful improvements that prioritize safety, performance and the overall experience for motorsports enthusiasts,” said Sam Byrne, co-founder of CrossHarbor Capital Partners and representative of the Willow Springs ownership group.
“The new logo and initial improvements represent the first steps in our long-term vision to reestablish Willow Springs as the epicenter of Southern California car culture.”
Quite a few projects, from renovations to new facilities, are planned. While many of the details haven’t been announced yet, we do know Petersen Automotive Museum will be sponsoring the Petersen Pavillion. Exactly what that entails hasn’t yet been revealed, only that it will help establish the track “as a cultural and historical landmark.”
It’s an exciting time as Willow Spring Raceway transforms, hopefully into what it always should have been.
